Maycon Construction Services is seeking motivated individuals who want to reach their full potential as sales professionals, maximize their income and make at least $65k in their first year. The Sales Representative position at Maycon Construction Services is responsible for sales and associated duties that will increase the number of jobs sold.
You will learn Maycon’s successful approach to sales during our training program and become a true roofing and siding expert. Sales Representatives will sell and manage jobs from a customer service standpoint, engaging customers in the first meeting, keeping them informed during installation, and following up for customer satisfaction after jobs are completed.
You will work as part of a team and collaborate with estimating, office support and production to deliver the best experience for our customers from job start to finish. Sales experience is not required for this position. Construction experience preferred but also not required. Roofing experience not required.

Physical Abilities and Working Conditions: Most of the Sales Representatives work will be done in the field. Sales Representatives will be exposed to varying temperatures ranges from heat 90 degrees plus, to cold weather which could include temperatures in the teens, and rainy conditions.
The Sales Representative must be able to lift/move up to 50 pounds frequently and may perform tasks requiring climbing, crawling, kneeling, crouching, pushing, pulling, lifting, carrying, gripping and moving safely over uneven surfaces. Sales Representatives’ are expected to safely climb ladders reaching up to 60 ft while carrying up to 30 pounds and wear personal protective gear correctly.
